2014 December Dentist Licensure Examination Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Tuesday, January 20 that 268 out of 725 passed the December 2014 Dentist Licensure Examination (Written Phase) and 257 out of 271 passed the Dentist Licensure Examination (Practical Phase) administered by the Board of Dentistry in Manila this January 2015


PRC OFFICIAL: The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 268 out of 725 passed the December 2014 Dentist Licensure Examination (Written Phase) and 257 out of 271 passed the Dentist Licensure Examination (Practical Phase) given by the Board of Dentistry in Manila this January 2015.
The members of the Board of Dentistry who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Dominador H. Santos, Jr., Chairman; Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag, Dr. Steve Mark G. Gan, Dr. Melinda L. Garcia and Dr. Rannier F. Reyes, Members.
The results were released in four (4) working days after the last day of examination.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on January 26, 2015 but not later than January 28, 2015. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2015-2018. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.
