DENTIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION RESULTS
The
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 379 out of
1,151 passed the Dentist Licensure Examination given by the Board of
Dentistry in Manila last May 2006.
The members of the Board of
Dentistry are Dr. Maria Liza C. Centeno, Chairman; Dr. Maria Teresa De
Jesus-Amador, Dr. Rosita C. Nisce and Dr. Norma R. Ayap, Members.
The results were released in four (4) working days after the last day of examination.
Registration
for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and
Certificate of Registration will start on Thursday, June 15, 2006 but
not later than June 27, 2006. Those who will register are required to
bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng
Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces
passport size picture (colored with white background and complete
nametag), 1 piece 1" x 1" picture (colored with white background and
complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short
brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial
Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for
2006-2009. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in
the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The
oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination
as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of
Professional will be held before the Board on Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at
1:30 in the afternoon at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila.
STRICTLY business attire for all successful examinees.
Registration for membership with the Philippine Dental Association will start on Thursday, June 15, 2006.

The performance of schools in the Dentist Licensure Examination May
2006 in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC
Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) To monitor the performance of
schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a
newspaper of national circulation.
