MANILA, Philippines -- Julie Ann Borromeo Lim of the Cebu Doctors’ University topped the Dentist Licensure Examination last December 2007, according to a release by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Lim got an 82.47% rating as she bested 878 other examinees who took the test given by the Board of Dentistry in Manila.
