Manila, March 16, 2016 – Hon. Maria Jona Develos - Godoy, who was recently appointed new member of the Board of Dentistry, formally took her oath before the Professional Regulation Commission last Tuesday, March 8 2016.

Her oath was administered by PRC Chairman Teofilo S. Pilando Jr, Commissioner Angeline T. Chua Chiaco and Commissioner Yolanda D. Reyes.

January 2016 Dentist Licensure Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 446 out of 900 passed the December 2015 Dentist Licensure Examination (Written Phase) and 425 out of 449 passed the Dentist Licensure Examination (Practical Phase) given by the Board of Dentistry in Manila this January 2016.

The members of the Board of Dentistry who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rannier F. Reyes, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag, Dr. Steve Mark G. Gan and Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, Members.

The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on January 18 – 20, 2016. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 1 piece passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2016-2019. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 9 out of 41 passed the Dental Technologist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Dentistry in Manila this December 2015. 

The members of the Board of Dentistry who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rannier F. Reyes, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag, Dr. Steve Mark G. Gan and Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, Members.

The results were released in four (4) working days after the last day of examination.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 8 out of 32 passed the theoretical phase of the Dentist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Dentistry in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in Kuwait last September 2015.

The members of the Board of Dentistry who gave the licensure examination are Dr. Rannier F. Reyes, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Gloria M. Bumanlag, Dr. Steve Mark G. Gan and Dr. Melinda L. Garcia, Members.

The successful examinees who passed the theoretical phase are advised to pay their practical examination fee of P400 at Professional Regulation Commission - Manila.
